Sand casting method
Introducing frequently asked questions about our services, such as how to make castings and our integrated production process!
The "sand casting method" is a casting technique that involves pouring molten metal (liquid metal) into a sand mold (a mold made by mixing sand with resin and hardening it). It is suitable for products with many free curves, and while the cost per piece is high, the mold costs are lower compared to metal molds, making it ideal for prototype and small lot production. Additionally, our company manufactures molds from customer data (drawings) and uses these molds to cast aluminum castings, which are then machined into finished products. (Each process is inspected, and a final inspection is conducted before delivery.)
